Our Services
Air Pressure Testing
We provide an Air Pressure Testing of New Dwellings and Small Commercial Buildings Service under the Building Regulations. We are ATTMA Registered and work to a strict Code of Conduct and Approved Quality Procedures. We can provide technical assistance to you in order to help with leakage sealing areas of your new build, prior to site testing to help ensure that your building meets the Air leakage standards as set under the Building Regulations.
Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
All new dwellings require an EPC under the Building Regulations Part L. This is produced towards the end of the construction and leads on from the initial design stage SAP Rating. We will upgrade our SAP rating and produce the EPC for you from 'as built' information provided.
Excessive Glazing Calculations
Whilst we all like light airy dwellings, extensions in particular are regulated under the Building Regulations. We can assist you or your architect with Excessive Glazing calculations by offsetting different elements of the building fabric to enable more glass to be justified and retain energy / heat losses.
